AVG and Avast block Softube Central and plug-in installers

We have an issue where AVG and Avast block Softube Central and the direct installers, preventing them to be successfully installed. 

 

Update Sep 18th: Good news! We have gotten the help we need from Norton and the issue should now be fixed for Norton's users. It may take up to 24 hours for this change to take affect in Norton’s applications. It should, however, be possible to manually update the Norton virus definitions within the application to apply the change immediately. 

 

We're working with AVG and Avast to fix this issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile, to speed up the process, we'd appreciate it very much if users who encounter this issue report this false positive to AVG or Avast.
