If the Softube Installer Daemon status is disconnected:
First of all; please quit and re-start Softube Central to see if that helps.
If it doesn't, please try the following:
1. Click the "Restart" button in the Softube Central settings menu and then close the app.
2. If that doesn’t help, open your Activity Monitor (Mac) or Task Manager (Win - check the tab called ”Processes”) to make sure there aren't multiple instances of Softube Central running. If there are, please make sure to close/force-quit them. Finally, relaunch Softube Central.
For Mac, also make sure that "Softube AB" is enabled to run in the background in your computer's Login Items settings.
If you're having trouble installing the Softube Installer Daemon:
Please try the following steps:
1. Restart Softube Central
2. Restart your machine
If none of the above help, re-install the Softube Central app from the "My Account Settings" page or directly from these links:
If you're having trouble to install the Softube Central app (or to install/update plug-ins inside the app), please check your firewall and anti-virus settings to make sure Softube Central has all necessary permissions. Also, please see if it helps to run your computer as an admin.
