The issue is now fixed with version 2.6.42 for the affected plug-ins. Available in Softube Central or via direct installers:

Statement Lead, Parallels, and Monument Bass fail to load/scan
We are working on this issue, and we'll update this article as soon as we have any news.
The workaround is to roll back to 2.6.40 for now.
